Therapy

Talking therapy helps you bring about effective change and enhance your wellbeing. As a therapist, my role is to offer a non-judgemental, confidential and honest professional relationship that allows you to explore whatever is troubling you. I will help you make sense of your experiences and increase your confidence.

This involves us meeting in my private office, sitting comfortably and talking. Alternatively, we can meet online using Zoom.

 

Trauma Therapy

This therapy is for people who have experienced a traumatic event in their life which continues to affect them. I will be able to help you reprocess the trauma to reduce your fear and make your feel safe again. The aim of this therapy is to change how you are affected by past trauma in the present and how you handle it in the future.

This involves us meeting in my private office, sitting comfortably and talking. Sometimes we may use sensory methods to support the therapy, such as eye movements. For example asking you to focus on the memory and at the same time follow a series of eye movements for 15-30 seconds each time.

 

Theta Healing®

Theta Healing® is about changing your belief systems that affect you at core, historic and ancestral levels. Using a meditation technique I can provide instant healing by helping you clear your theta brain waves. The aim is to reprogram your subconscious mind from your limiting beliefs and feelings that are holding you back from happiness, love, wellness and prosperity.

This involves us meeting in my private office, sitting comfortably, talking and meditating together.
