How I can help you

I believe in the importance of providing a confidential and safe space where you can identify, explore and resolve any issues that are important to you. I will enable you to develop the confidence to make noticeable change in your life.

Therapy with me offers you a non-judgemental space where you can learn to build trust and talk freely about whatever is important to you. Sessions move at your own pace and are led by whatever you want to explore.

If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or addiction, I can help you.

I also help people who are struggling with grief, low self-esteem, self harm, phobias, addictions, behavioural change or have experienced an abusive relationship.

If you are struggling with a traumatic event that happened in your life, I can help you manage this.

I have extensive experience treating people with trauma including those who have experienced PTSD, physical, emotional, sexual and psychological abuse.

“I was initially apprehensive about seeking counselling locally in such a peerie place. But being able to talk to a professional who knows and understands the community I live in so well has been incredibly helpful.”
